PRECIOUS Life Fund Drive
It is time for Precious Life's annual Baby Bottle Campaign! Between now and Father's Day, June 21, we ask that you collect your spare change to donate toward this ministry in our community (if you prefer to write a check you can make it payable to either MBC or Precious Life, noting that it is for the Baby Bottle Campaign). Precious Life is a pregnancy care ministry that offers alternatives to abortion and provides support to young women who choose to carry their babies to term. Church Picnic Please plan to join us after church Sunday, June 28th for annual church picnic on the side lawn! All are welcome: feel free to invite friends and family! The church will provide hot dogs and hamburgers. A sign up for sides and desserts is in the Gathering Room. We hope you will be able to join us! Saturday's Kitchen Ministry Join us inserving at Saturday's Kitchen on Sat. July 18, from 10:00am to 1:00pm. We are looking for at least 5 volunteers, as well as dessert donations for approximately 100 people. Please see Jayna M. or reply on the Response Form. Anyone interested in making a financial donation can indicate so on a donation envelope or memo line on a check. Thank you! Clearances Anyone needing to get clearances prior to Vacation Bible School please let Shelley, Micah, or Deidre know so we can get you up to date on them. If you are up to date with your clearances but have not turned a copy into the office yet, please do so as soon as possible. Thank you! Operation Christmas Child Monthly Collection- April We will be collecting small toys (e.g. puzzles, jump ropes, dolls, cars, mazes, small balls, blocks, figurines, etc.). Donations can be placed in the box next to the Gathering Room. We are also in need of financial donations to cover the cost of the shipping, if you are able to do this please put in an offering envelope and mark it for OCC. **Please no candy, liquids, toothpaste, soap, or war-related items!
