We hope to make this a part of our ministry during months with a fifth Sunday! Come on out and bring a friend! Apple Dumpling Ministry Malinda P. will be heading up the baking of apple dumplings again this year, with proceeds benefiting mission work. Please see Malinda if you are able to help with baking on Saturday, Oct. 5 & 12, at 9:00am. To purchase some dumplings, please sign up on the sheet in the Gathering Room. They are $4 each. Thank you for your support! Believer's Baptism If you have accepted Christ and would like to participate in a baptismal service, please talk to Pastor Irwin as soon as possible. Ladies Bible Study We will be taking a break for the summer, resuming in October! Helping Hands We are looking for a few folks that might have some time to help with a handful of tasks around the church, primarily lawn work. If you might be available, please touch base with Pastor Irwin or make a note on the response Form. Thank you! Operation Christmas Child Monthly Collection- September We will be collecting games(e.g. puzzles, playing cards, marbles, mini etch-a-sketch, etc.) Donation ideas located on the box up front. Donations can be placed in the box next to the Gathering Room. **Please no liquids, toothpaste, or war-related items! Daily Bread Devotionals September/October/November booklets are available in the front entryway. Pick one up for yourself as well as one to share. A donation of $1 is suggested and can be placed in the box next to the devotional booklets. "Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it." Proverbs 22:6
